About me
I am a person-centred counsellor with training in integrative therapy. I have experience of helping clienys with PTSD, childhood trauma, addiction, loss and bereavement, anxiety and feelings of low self-worth. I believe that every client matters and everyone has the right to be listened to. I see therapy as a journey which begins with getting to know each other, it can be as gentle and as slow as you need. I am here metaphorically to take your hand and follow where you lead. Life can be an uphill struggle but with a little support and understanding we can learn to navigate it easier. I am here to listen to you.
