About me

Hi, welcome to my page and thank you for being here. As a dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist, I specialise in providing individual therapy to adult clients and young people online. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for self-awareness and self-healing.

In addition to individual therapy, I am a qualified Supervisor, offering guidance and support to fellow therapists. Supervision is an essential component of professional development, providing a space for therapists to reflect on their practice, discuss challenging cases, and receive feedback. I offer supervision through face-to-face meetings or video conferencing platforms such as Facetime and Zoom, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for therapists seeking support.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and effective therapy to adults and young people. Through a combination of humanistic and relational-centred frameworks, existential phenomenological concepts, Gestalt therapy, and transactional analysis, I offer a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. Whether working with clients in individual therapy or supporting fellow therapists through supervision, my goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that promotes healing, growth, and positive change.
