For over 20 years I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe and welcoming setting for healing and transformation. I offer a confidential space for you to work through and resolve your problems, whether they be career transition, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, self-esteem and issues around self-assertiveness, anger issues, or addiction. I can help you overcome fears, phobias and anxieties that are holding you back from fulfilling your goals and having the supportive and nurturing relationships you deserve.
I offer regression therapy and inner child work help process and overcome childhood and later traumas so that you can understand and resolve difficulties you may be having in present-day relationships at home and at work.
I offer supervision to counselling students and qualified counsellors.
Training, qualifications & experience
BA (Hons) in Modern Languages
BSc (Hons) Psychology
MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy (Metanoia),
Diploma in Therapeutic and Transpersonal Hypnosis,
Certificate in Supervision (Integrative),
EMDR Part 1,
L5 Diploma in teaching and training
20 years experience as a counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist in private practice. I am fully accredited by the UKCP and a registered member of BACP. I have been supervising counselling students for the past 6 years.
I have also worked in primary care (GP surgery), as a psychotherapist for outpatients at St Thomas' Hospital, as a telephone counsellor for AXA and in a Bereavement Counselling Centre.
I currently teach a foundation degree and BA in Counselling part time at Guildford College.
