About me
We all need to talk, we all need support, and we don’t need to face life’s challenges alone.
Hi, I am Billy, and I am experienced therapist that believes we all deserve to feel free. I believe living a life attuned and connected to our true self is our birth right. I also believe it is a genuine possibility to achieve this.
I bring over 1,000 hours of client experience, working with individuals from all walks of life. Over the years I have worked with a diverse range of clients, clients battling chronic pain, Addiction, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Chronic Fatigue, Burnout, Depression, Eating disorders, major life transitions, Self esteem, Trauma, as well as challenges relating to meaning, purpose, identity and spirituality.
I hold a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis psychology as well as a Psychosynthesis Counselling Diploma completing my qualifications at the institute of Psychosynthesis London. I have trained with Dr Gabor Maté, taking part in his professional training, Compassionate inquiry. Providing me the skills to work at depth with Trauma.
I am here to offer you a space that can be your own, a space for you to explore yourself and your challenges. My approach is integrative with a transpersonal perspective. Transpersonal therapy is multi-dimensional, we focus on your past present and potential to help you understand the experiences you’ve had and how you have made sense of them as well as what you would like for your life moving forward, what would give you meaning and provide you true fulfilment. I work with the mind, body and soul, integrating all three levels guiding you to reconnect to the truth of who you are, helping you live a life of presence and connection.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation via zoom where we are able to explore what is going on for you right now, why you are seeking therapy at this stage in your life and if we would be a good fit for one another. Please contact me to arrange a free initial online consultation.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
