As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I bring a compassionate and professional approach to my work within the NHS and in private practice. I specialize in supporting young adults and adults in navigating various emotional and behavioural challenges. My extensive experience includes working with individuals facing depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, self-harm, social anxiety, stress management, intrusive thoughts, and phobias.
Understanding that each person's situation is unique, I employ diverse therapeutic techniques and approaches to help you better identify, understand, and resolve your issues. My goal is to provide relief in a warm and non-judgmental relationship and empower you with new skills and perspectives, enabling you to flourish and move forward with confidence.

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over a decade of experience. I regard myself as a seasoned professional, adept at addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. My expertise is broad and nuanced, from severe and persistent conditions to the more common challenges encountered in daily life. I hold registrations with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) and ensure the highest standards of practice and ethical care. My professional journey spans private practice, private hospitals, and the NHS, consistently demonstrating a commitment to fostering mental well-being across diverse patient populations. In addition to my clinical work, I am dedicated to giving back to the community through pro bono services and am adept in psycho-legal work, providing critical assessments and insights for legal proceedings.
