About me
Hi, I am a Psychologist, integrative therapist, and a registered Bach flower therapist. I am also a Narcissistic Abuse specialist.
It takes genuine courage to make a change. If you are considering therapy, you are likely drawing on a resilient part of yourself - what I like to call a sacred stubbornness - that refuses to give up, even when things feel overwhelming. I respect that inner spirit, and my goal is to help it shine brighter.
As an integrative therapist, I offer a gentle, safe, and judgment-free space to heal, reflect, and grow.
My practice blends established Western psychotherapies (Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Relational) with Eastern mindfulness practices and Bach Flower natural emotional support. Depending on what you need, we can draw from:
Talk Therapy & Psychodynamic Insights: To understand underlying patterns, build self-compassion, and resolve deep-rooted emotional struggles.
Mindfulness & Body-Awareness: To help ground an overwhelmed nervous system, reduce stress, and restore inner quiet.
Narcissistic & Domestic Abuse Recovery: Specialised, trauma-informed support to help you rebuild self-trust, establish clear boundaries, and recover from relational abuse.
Optional Bach Flower Therapy: For clients who wish to integrate gentle, bespoke Bach flower essences alongside our sessions to support emotional balancing and healing.
Tailored to You: You are always in control of your therapeutic journey. Whether you prefer a structured, traditional talk therapy approach or an integrative blend incorporating mindfulness and natural remedies, we will tailor our sessions to your specific comfort and goals.
Whatever has been holding you back, you don't have to navigate it alone. I invite you to reach out for an initial conversation to see how we might work together.
I hope to hold a safe, peaceful place for reflection and inner work.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have practiced as a counsellor across continents and my experience in the field of mental health spans across 15 years.
I hold a Masters in Psychology and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I completed advanced training in Contemplative Psychotherapy with the Nalanda Institute (NY, USA) under clinical psychiatrist Dr. Joe Loizzo.
I am a registered Bach Flower Practitioner with the Bach Foundation UK and have used the flower elixirs with great success in addressing my clients' complex emotional states. This modality to address mental health remains my go-to for clients who are open to trying them alongside therapy.
I hold multiple CPD certificates, including Level 3 Trauma, Complex Emotional Needs, IFS, Somatic Approaches, Narcissistic Abuse and Coercive Control, Self-Harm, Shame and Attachment.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer and hold a healing space for you to arrive and breathe. I value and invest in a therapeutic relationship, which I hope will help you loosen up and experiment with trusting me.
I work to the ethical and professional standards set by the BACP and therefore hold confidentiality and safeguarding as a top priority.
I will work at your pace but may also gently nudge you where needed, and if it will be in favour of your growth.
Empowerment is a word that I hold dearly and try to set this as my goal for all my clients. So the less you want to see me because you feel better and more in control, the better I have done my job!
I do believe in the value of common humanity, I am as human as you, and to share an authentic, kind space to explore being human in all its glory and not is therapeutic in itself.
