About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed or struggling with emotions you can’t quite make sense of?
Do you find it hard to talk about what you’re going through with the people around you?
Are you looking for a safe, confidential space where you can begin to understand and work through your difficulties?
I offer a calm, supportive environment where you can speak openly and be heard without judgment. My work is centred on listening carefully, understanding your experience, and helping you navigate challenging periods in your life.
Life can sometimes feel confusing, heavy, or emotionally draining. At times, these feelings may become intense or persistent, making everyday life feel like a struggle. There isn’t always a single, clear cause—distress can arise from difficult decisions, questions about identity or purpose, or experiences that feel hard to process. However it shows up, your experience is valid and worth exploring.
You might be dealing with:
Clinical concerns:
- Anxiety or depression
- Mood fluctuations
- Eating difficulties
- Relationship or sexual concerns
- Low self-esteem or identity struggles
- Sleep issues or insomnia
- Bereavement and loss
Challenging emotions:
- Stress or panic
- Restlessness or agitation
- Fear or anger
- Confusion or helplessness
- Shyness or embarrassment
- Guilt, jealousy, or envy
- Sadness or grief
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step—but it’s also a meaningful one. It reflects a desire for change and a willingness to better understand yourself.
Psychoanalysis offers a thoughtful and in-depth way to explore the underlying causes of your difficulties. It is a flexible approach that can be adapted to your needs, whether you are seeking short-term support or a longer-term process of self-discovery and change.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
