About me

Through decades of qualifications and extensive personal experience—having completed my own personal therapy—I have worked hard to gain the tools, insight, and quiet confidence to meet people where they are and to help people discover themselves and the answers they need.

I put people at ease, creating space where they feel safe to go at their own pace, explore their stories, release their burdens, and open themselves up to new possibilities.

My approach blends evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of the human experience, all rooted in the foundation of a genuine connection—which is how meaningful change happens.

I help navigate the discomforts of growth, knowing that it will be okay because I am here to hold it all together if needed.

We share the tendency to use our own inner strength to push unwanted thoughts and feels away. This is a temporary solution. And the more we push them away, the more unmanageable they become in the long run. I offer a collaborative journey of self-discovery, to explore and understand the stories that have shaped you; to find clarity, release burdens, and discover new possibilities.

What makes my practice unique is my commitment, sincerity and warmth. I have worked through my own challenges and bring that same dedication to supporting others on their journeys.

I’ve successfully worked with people around the world and across the lifespan, through a variety of mild to severe difficulties. Whatever the challenge, I am here to guide gently, confidently, and with unwavering support.

The process starts with a free, 20 minute clarity session, which is completely confidential. The purpose of this session is to understand your needs and see how I can help, as well as answer any questions you may have. If my practice is right for you, we will schedule our individual sessions.
