About me

Hello, I’m Ariana! I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.

Based in the peaceful village of Coates, Fenland, I provide both in-person and online counselling via Microsoft Teams, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

I offer a blend of Humanistic and CBT approaches to support individual adults in understanding themselves and navigating life’s challenges.

Through our sessions, I’ll guide you in exploring your feelings, memories, unconscious patterns, and relationships to uncover how they shape who you are today - and who you aspire to become. My aim is to create a safe, confidential, and accepting space where you can reflect, grow, and discover what you truly want from life.

The journey of self-exploration isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to go through it alone; I’m here to walk alongside you.

I look forward to meeting you, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

Note: Due to my current work schedule you may be able to reach me quicker via email or the contact form provided by Counselling Directory.
