Hello, I’m Ariana! I'm a qualified and accredited counsellor with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.
Based in the peaceful village of Coates, Fenland, I can provide both in-person and online counselling, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.
I use a Humanistic approach to support individual adults, which offers deep exploration in understanding yourself, navigating life's challenges, and uplifting you to make choices that feel comfortable for you.
Through our sessions I’ll help guide you in exploring your feelings, memories, unconscious patterns, and relationships to uncover how they shape who you are today - and who you aspire to become. My aim is to create a safe, confidential, and accepting space where you can reflect, grow, and discover what you truly want from life.
The journey of self-exploration isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to go through it alone; I’m here to walk alongside you.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

- I charge £35 per session (60 mins).
- I offer a reduced fee of £30 for counselling trainees.
- I accept either cash or bank transfer.
- You are welcome to contact me and arrange a free introductory 15 min. phone call if you wish.

Further information
- I always aim to be as flexible as I can when offering sessions, however the same day & time each session cannot always be guaranteed. I aim to work with you when booking sessions so that we find a time that suits both of our schedules.
- I usually offer any day of the week + late evening sessions so feel free to ask when booking your initial session with me.
- There is plenty of free parking at my location.
