About me
I'm a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, using evidence-based therapies to help individuals overcome difficulties associated with OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I've worked in specialist services in both Australia and the UK, including most recently at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). In addition to my clinical practice, I'm currently completing study in advanced CBT techniques at the University of Oxford.
I've worked extensively with OCD in its different forms, including contamination, harm-based and relationship/sexuality obsessions. I also work regularly with patients experiencing low mood, anxiety, and trauma-related difficulties.
The people that I work with may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by thoughts or emotions, caught in cycles of fear or avoidance, or disconnected from the life they aspire to. I target treatment carefully, based on the goals and life context of each individual. I work regularly with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences and patterns that may have developed over time. Therapy is not simply about managing symptoms, it is also an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
