About me

Are you struggling with communication in your relationship? Is ADHD and/or autism a part of your picture? You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Hi, I’m Anne, a psychotherapist based near Cambridge providing therapy online, specialising in helping clients manage anxiety, boost self-esteem, and navigate ADHD challenges. As a member of the LGBTQI+ community, I provide a safe, inclusive, and affirmative space where you can be your true self, free from judgement.

Why Choose Therapy with Me?
I understand that you want change—to feel more at ease within yourself, to have fulfilling, healthy relationships, and to quiet that constant inner critic. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety and low self-esteem, helping you understand how they show up in your life. You’ll gain the necessary insight and tools to manage overwhelming feelings and start making choices that align with who you truly are.

Couples Therapy
In addition to working with individuals, I work with couples, building on my experience supporting people with ADHD and anxiety. Many of the conversations in my work naturally centre around relationships, so expanding into couples therapy has felt like a natural progression for me.

Having personal experience of ADHD, I understand the unique dynamics it can bring into relationships—both the challenges and the strengths! ADHD and autism can affect communication, emotional regulation, and connection, which is why I was inspired to offer couples therapy that is supportive, practical, and tailored to both partners. Whether ADHD or autism is a recent discovery in your relationship or something you’ve been navigating for years, I can help you build understanding, strengthen communication, and create strategies that work for both of you.

I have completed training in, and use, Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work––The Gottman Method is a research-based couples therapy approach that focuses on improving communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution.

What to Expect
My approach is warm, empathic, holistic, and client-centred. Therapy with me is a space where you can express yourself openly and without fear of judgement. Whether you’re struggling with day-to-day overwhelm, relationship challenges, or deeper emotional patterns, we’ll work together to find clarity and relief.

In couples therapy, I create a space where both partners feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you explore patterns in your relationship, improve communication, and develop strategies that work for both of you. If ADHD is part of your dynamic, I can help you navigate its impact—whether it’s emotional regulation, differing communication styles, or challenges with organisation and routines. The goal is to strengthen your connection, increase understanding, and support a relationship that feels fulfilling for both partners.

As someone who understands the unique challenges of being part of the LGBTQI+ community, I’m passionate about providing support that’s fully inclusive and affirmative, ensuring you feel safe and understood in our sessions.

And, as someone affected by the unique challenges of ADHD, I’m committed to creating a supportive and non-judgemental space for you. Whether it’s managing overwhelm, struggling with focus, or feelings of frustration, I’m here to help you develop strategies that work for your brain and your life. My approach is empathetic and empowering.

Ready to Start?
I know it can take courage to reach out for support, but you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I’m here to help you feel empowered, less anxious, and more in control of your life. You deserve to feel good about yourself and your relationships.

Whether you're looking for support as an individual or as a couple, I’m here to help. If ADHD, anxiety, or communication struggles are affecting your relationship, couples therapy can offer a space to rebuild understanding, improve connection, and create positive change together.

Take that first step toward feeling better. Email me today to book your first session and start creating the changes you’re seeking. You deserve peace, confidence, and ease in your relationships—and I’m here to help you get there.
