About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in low self-esteem? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Hi, I’m a psychotherapist based in Cambridge, specialising in helping clients manage anxiety, boost self-esteem, and navigate ADHD challenges. As a member of the LGBTQI+ community, I provide a safe, inclusive, and affirmative space where you can be your true self, free from judgement.
I know first-hand how anxiety and panic can take over your life—I’ve been there. Through therapy, I found the tools to break free from that cycle, build my confidence, and fully accept myself. This transformation inspired me to become a therapist, so I can help others, like you, find their way to a calmer, more confident place.
Why Choose Therapy with Me?
I understand that you want change—to feel more at ease within yourself, to have fulfilling, healthy relationships, and to quiet that constant inner critic. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety and low self-esteem, helping you understand how they show up in your life. You’ll gain the necessary insight and tools to manage overwhelming feelings and start making choices that align with who you truly are.
What to Expect
My approach is warm, holistic, and client-centred. Therapy with me is a space where you can express yourself openly, with empathy and without fear of judgement. Whether you’re struggling with day-to-day overwhelm or deeper emotional patterns, we’ll work together to find clarity and relief.
As someone who understands the unique challenges of being part of the LGBTQI+ community, I’m passionate about providing support that’s fully inclusive and affirmative, ensuring you feel safe and understood in our sessions.
And, as someone affected by the unique challenges faced with having ADHD, I’m committed to creating a supportive and non-judgemental space for you. Whether it’s managing overwhelm, struggling with focus, or feelings of frustration, I’m here to help you develop strategies that work for your brain and your life. My approach is empathetic and empowering
I know it can take courage to reach out for support, but you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I’m here to help you feel empowered, less anxious, and more in control of your life. You deserve to feel good about yourself and your relationships.
