About me

Struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, or loss?

I provide compassionate, professional counselling in Forest Row, East Grinstead and Hartfield, with sessions available in-person, online or as walk and talk therapy in the local countryside.

How I can help

Life can feel overwhelming, and it's not always easy to talk to family or friends. Whether you're feeling stressed, stuck, low, or facing major life changes, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, be truly heard, and explore new ways forward.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you manage:

• Anxiety, depression and stress

• Low self-esteem and confidence

• Relationship difficulties and breakups

• Grief, loss and life transitions

• Work challenges and burnout

• Loneliness

• Infertility and women’s issues

• Family conflict

• Anger, frustration and resentment

• Negative thought patterns

Specialist support for loss and life changes

I have extensive experience supporting clients through grief and 'living losses' - whether that's the end of a relationship, career uncertainty, ageing, infertility, or life not turning out as expected. Processing these emotions in a compassionate, safe space can be a powerful step toward healing and clarity.

My experience

I bring a wealth of experience from both my private practice and my work providing counselling at local hospices. My approach is client-centred, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based techniques to support your unique journey. Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
