About me
I wonder how it would feel to have a space just for you? Somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are. A space to slow down, to be met with warmth and curiosity, and to explore whatever may be troubling, confusing, or painful. Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to face it alone, and I am very glad you have found your way here.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked in the mental health field for over fifteen years and have developed particular experience in supporting people with eating disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
I have practiced two years at Orri, a leading specialist eating disorder treatment service in Marylebone, where I worked therapeutically with clients in both one-to-one and group settings. Working in London has given me the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients, including people navigating neurodiversity, grief, and the effects of childhood sexual abuse.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a social worker across children and family services. This background has given me a deep appreciation of the complexity of people’s lives and relationships, and includes substantial experience working with those who are care experienced.
My practice is sex-positive and inclusive of people with a range of sexual expressions, identities, and relationship structures. I have extensive experience working with the sex worker community and recognise the importance of offering therapy that is informed, and free from stigma. Sex workers are warmly welcome in my practice.
I am from a small village in Scotland and have lived in London for ten years. I practice in Fitzrovia, in Islington and online.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw upon a number of approaches which consider different aspects of the human experience. My training means I combine different theoretical perspectives and evidence-based clinical approaches depending on your needs as the client.
My practice has a working style of empowerment and self-advocacy; I believe in the healing power of welcoming all parts of ourselves. Working together, we can make sense of what is happening, why, and why now, to empower you to live things differently.
