About me
Hi, I'm Anna. I offer a safe and supportive space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening for you. I am a mental health nurse and Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner and Supervisor. I have worked across both Adult and Children, Young People, and Family services in the NHS since 2001, and am now working in private practice.
I specialise in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), a relational and collaborative approach that brings clarity, compassion, and practical tools for change.
In therapy together, we will begin by learning how you relate to yourself and others, where these patterns developed, and which patterns are keeping you stuck or causing you difficulty, so you can begin developing new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to coping alone or putting others first. You don’t need to have everything worked out - only a sense that you’d like things to feel different. You’re welcome to get in touch, and we can see whether this is the right space for you
