About me
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a member of the National Counselling Society. In my work I use pluralistic approach: drawing on such therapeutic models as Person- Centered Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt.
If you are going through a difficult time, feeling lost, struggling with anxiety, stress, illness, low mood, or simply need space to talk, I am here to support you.
I offer safe, warm, and respectful space where you can be yourself – without judgment, without rush. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, your emotions, and find a path toward greater peace and balance.
