About me
Hello, I’m Anna.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or past experiences, or if you’re struggling with self-esteem, complex emotions, or significant life transitions, I’m here to offer you a compassionate and tailored approach to therapy.
With over a decade of experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I provide a safe and empathetic environment where you can explore your challenges and work towards meaningful change.
What I Offer:
I blend various therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to create a customised treatment plan that fits your individual needs.
I am skilled in working with both teenagers and adults:
For Teenagers: I help young people manage academic pressures, social challenges, and emotional transitions. My approach is supportive and engaging, aimed at helping them build resilience and self-confidence.
For Adults: I assist individuals in understanding themselves better, exploring the reasons behind their current challenges, and making desired changes. Together, we focus on developing new skills and strategies to thrive in various aspects of life, whether it's navigating career transitions, improving relationships, or enhancing overall well-being.
I also support neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, and offer practical strategies for managing their life struggles. My goal is to respect and adapt to different cognitive styles while helping you gain control over your emotions and responses.
If you’re ready to start your journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out for a free initial consultation. Let’s work together to create a path that supports your personal growth and success.
I am registered with British Association for Counsellors ans Psychotherapists and with the British Psychological Society, and I am committed to upholding their ethical guidelines and professional standards.
I am also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ensuring that your personal data is managed with the highest standards of privacy, security, and transparency. We adhere strictly to data protection regulations to safeguard your information at all times.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
