About me
I am certified in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychosexual therapy working with individuals, couples and those in non-traditional relationships . Whether you’re seeking support with your relationship, navigating life changes, or addressing sexual concerns, I tailor my approach to your needs, drawing on my experience in both the NHS (currently under Imperial London in psychosexual provision) and private practice.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy includes exploring rooted problems and behavioural patterns that are repeated through life to help understand the influence of your past on present behaviour and emotions. This can be a very powerful process for both the individual and couple and allow you to make changes in your life that bring you closer to the life you wish to live.
Couples therapy offers a supportive space for you and your partner to explore the challenges in your relationship and strengthen the way you communicate with each other. Whether you’re married, unmarried, in a relationalship that doesn’t fit the traditional couple model (polyamorous relationships, situationships, or long-standing friendships), preparing for divorce or navigating life after divorce, we can work together to address difficulties, rebuild trust, and create a stronger, more connected relationship.
Individual sex therapy offers a gentle, supportive space to talk openly about any sexual concerns and to nurture greater intimacy in your life. Together, we can explore what’s been getting in the way, work towards improving your sense of satisfaction and help you develop a more positive and fulfilling sexual relationship with yourself and others. You can read more about the areas I can support within the experience section.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in the creative industry in the UK and overseas. This experience gave me valuable insight into the pressures and demands of high-stress environments, insight I bring into my therapeutic work to help clients navigate life’s challenges while finding greater balance, connection and fulfilment.
Choosing the right therapist involves finding someone you can trust and work with. I offer an initial free 20-minute consultation on the phone. This is an opportunity for you to talk in confidence about why you are seeking psychotherapy help and I can introduce you to how I work.
I offer both “in the room” and online sessions. Sessions run for 50 minutes once weekly, on the same day and at the same time as consistency is important to the work. I offer time-limited or open-ended therapy, either online or in face-to-face weekly sessions.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.
BPC registrants are governed by a code of ethics, a policy of continuing professional development, a statement on confidentiality and a complaints procedure. The BPC is a Member Society of the European Federation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (EFPP). Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
