I have worked in a variety of settings including an addiction agency, a women's centre and currently a local hospice. Alongside this I run a private practise from home.
I am a person centred counsellor and I offer a safe space for you to talk about and explore anything that may be troubling you in confidence and free from judgement. People come to counselling for many different reasons. Whatever they are, there is quite often a feeling of unease or unhappiness within. Sometimes they may not even know why they feel like this. It is within a warm therapeutic environment that personal changes may be made enabling you to have a better understanding of what's going on for you and therefore live a more comfortable and fulfilling life.
I offer a free 40 minute session initially to provide the opportunity to see if working together feels right for both of us.
