About me

As a counsellor I understand how hard reaching out can be and making those first steps can be difficult, I want to reassure you that I am here for you to listen to you.

I offer a space that is warm, safe and welcoming.

I am registered by the NCPS to make sure I’m working ethically for you and also fully DBS checked.

My main working model is a person centered approach however I am an integrative counsellor, which means sessions are tailored to suit your needs.

I also have the skills and resources to use creativity within sessions if wanted, but equally be there to just listen to you.

Sessions are based on how you would like them to be. I can incorporate skills in CBT, Solution based focus therapy and the pro-active approach.

All sessions are tailored to your needs as you as an individual.

Being an integrative counsellor means I have skills in many areas to help support you and work to your needs at all times.

I work with not only Adults but Children and Young people too. I have experience with working with children and use ways to help them explore and discover themselves. I also understand the difficulties that they may face as a young person today and how hard it is to sit with someone they have only just met.

I have experience working from 9 years plus, and have experience of working within schools.

For any questions please send me an email and I am happy to answer them.

I am based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire and my space comes with free car parking.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Adult, Children  and Young person counsellor.

I also have previous experiences of being a Youth Mental Health support worker.
