About me

Welcome, I am Angela Noble. I acknowledge your courage in taking the first step to seek help.

Call, text, email, leave a voicemail to get booked in.

Welcome to a Safe, Non Judgemental, Confidential space.

I can help you feel calm and better about your life, even when you are hurting or experiencing a difficult situation.

Are you experiencing any of the following? Feeling sad, Low mood, Anxiety, Depression, Low self esteem, Conflict, Stress, Coping with a difficult situation? Relationship problems? Life feels heavy right now? Sometimes life can throw us a curveball.

I accept your true self, your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Together we can explore them, to understand and make sense of what is happening in your world.

You have found someone who truly appreciates how difficult life can be. You are not alone.

If you need to talk I am here to listen without judgement and bias.

I will listen with kindness, empathy, compassion and warmth not criticism as we explore your situation. All feelings are valid within this space.

Sometimes we all need to be heard and understood. Life can be challenging. I will not offer advice/a fix/or solutions. I will help you explore your own issues, experiences and behaviours. So that eventually you can become more self-aware, achieve greater independence and discover your own abilities and autonomy. I believe in you! And your process!

Exploring our situation/feelings and being truly heard can help us to heal and cope. Within my professional private practice I welcome enquiries for both Adults and adolescents.

Welcome to a safe, confidential, warm space!

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
