About me

I’m here to support those ready to take an active role in their own growth. As a passionate and kind psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, I offer a relational approach to therapy that centres on building trust and deep connection with each client. My background in Integrative Psychotherapy enables me to work with a wide range of issues—including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more—in a way that respects your unique journey and needs.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and it’s natural to wonder what to expect. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and therapy isn’t about turning your life upside down in an hour. It’s a gentle process, unfolding at your own pace.
The hesitation or fear you might feel about starting therapy is often a sign that something in your life is ready for attention. But change doesn’t have to be sudden or overwhelming. Therapy is like planting a seed deep within the soil. With patience, care, and the right conditions, that seed begins to grow, emerging in its own time and rhythm.

I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. By fostering a warm and safe environment, I work alongside my clients to create authentic sessions that align with their goals. Together, we can work through challenging experiences, guiding you back to your roots, and empowering you to uncover the strength and self-awareness that lie within.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here for those willing to engage fully. I recognize that the most transformative outcomes arise from commitment and openness. My role is to hold space, ask the right questions, and inspire change, supporting you to rediscover your worth and create lasting growth.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
