About me
I am an experienced counsellor with a strong track record of achieving positive, progressive outcomes with children of all ages and adults in a variety of circumstances. I have empathetic listening skills that result in trusted counselling relationships.
I counsel individuals who experience or have experienced anxiety, depression and stress as well as those who may be going through real life situations such as adjustments to illness, changes in schooling, divorce and grief, bulling, self harm, anger management and any other circumstances one may be struggling through.
The primary consultation will be free of charges and will last 45 minutes. This will help me understand the context of which our future sessions will be the basis of. This will also allow you to identify whether or not I am the therapist with whom you would feel comfortable aiding you through your progression.
My psychotherapeutic approach will depend on the individual and their circumstances. My methods include: Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Approaches, Person Centred Approach and the Gestalt Approach.
