About me
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor, Humanistic Psychotherapist and Specialist Mental Health Mentor, offering both clinical supervision and counselling in a warm, collaborative and reflective environment. My approach is grounded in the person-centred philosophy, providing a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where clients and supervisees can explore their experiences, develop confidence and work towards meaningful personal and professional growth.
Alongside providing counselling in private practice, I offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors, trainee counsellors and helping professionals. I see supervision as much more than a professional requirement; it is an opportunity to think deeply about our work, celebrate strengths, navigate challenges and ensure ethical, compassionate practice. My aim is to build a supervisory relationship where you feel genuinely heard, appropriately challenged and supported in your ongoing development.
I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, chronic illness and life transitions. I also specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including autistic people, those with ADHD and those with dyslexia, both within my private practice and through my work in higher education as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor and Study Skills Specialist.
As an autistic therapist myself, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work. This enables me to appreciate the diversity of autistic experiences while recognising that every person's journey is unique. My lived experience informs my understanding of sensory differences, communication styles, masking, executive functioning and the importance of adapting therapy and supervision to meet individual needs. I believe that genuine curiosity, collaboration and respect are essential in creating accessible and affirming therapeutic relationships.
I welcome supervisees working in private practice, education, charities and voluntary organisations. I have particular interests in person-centred therapy, neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, chronic illness, disability, student mental health and reflective practice. Whether you are a trainee, newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, I offer a supportive space where you can develop your confidence, clinical thinking and professional identity.
Both counselling and supervision are available online across the UK, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong therapeutic and supervisory relationship. I also offer an initial consultation, allowing us to discuss your needs and explore whether we are the right fit to work together.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
