About me
Hi, I'm Amy from Celestine Counselling.
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I use different therapeutic approaches to support each person in a way that works best for them.
At the heart of my practice is a person-centred philosophy, because I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to support you in understanding your experiences and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
My practice is underpinned by the values of authenticity, respect, collaboration and empowerment. My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgment.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, struggling in relationships, or just feeling stuck, we’ll go at your pace. I know that starting counselling can feel daunting, but I do my best to make it as comfortable as possible. More than anything, I want you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes that matter to you.
