About me
Amy Guise – Counsellor, NCPS Accredited Registrant
Online and Telephone Counselling for Ages 16+
I’m an integrative counsellor with a person-centred foundation, which means I place your unique experience at the heart of our work together. My approach is flexible and tailored to each client, drawing on a range of therapeutic models including CBT, psychodynamic theory, and attachment theory.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we can explore whatever challenges you're facing and work at a pace that feels right for you.
I have multiple years experience working with young people in secondary school settings across Warwickshire, supporting them with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement, self-esteem, relationships and family concerns, trauma, school avoidance, and self-harm.
I currently work with individuals aged 16 and over, offering online and telephone counselling for a more accessible option.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation (online or by phone) to help you decide whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to arrange a consultation or ask any questions.
