About me
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor (PG Dip, UKCP, MBACP) with experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and feelings of stuckness. I have a particular interest in working with adults struggling from adverse childhood experiences, co-dependent relationships and difficulties in manifesting their authentic selves.
Beneath our struggles there’s often a deep longing: to heal from the past and reconnect with ourselves in a meaningful way. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to help you make sense of your experience. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape your inner world, and pave the way for growth and lasting change.
My approach weaves traditional talking therapy (psychodynamic, humanistic and existential modalities) with transpersonal and embodied practices (working with parts / IFS, with the body, dreamwork and shadow work). I combine various trainings in order to tailor the therapy to you as an individual. Whilst some sessions will be more reflective and conversational, others may focus on a particular part (e.g. your inner child), involve active somatic exploration or guided visualisations. That said, the pace of the sessions will always be guided by what feels safe and manageable for you. I will endeavour to understand who you are and explore the approach that best supports your process.

I am a qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I completed my training in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).
I have completed further CPD trainings in Jungian shadow work, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma-informed modalities.

I also hold a clinical membership with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists), which is the leading professional body for accreditation and regulation of psychotherapists in the UK. I hold liability insurance and work within the UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
