Integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor (UKCP, MBACP)

About me

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor (PG Dip, UKCP, MBACP) with experience across a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and feelings of stuckness. Together, we can explore the patterns and beliefs that shape your life, and pave the way for growth and lasting change.

My approach weaves traditional talking therapy (psychodynamic, humanistic and existential modalities) with transpersonal and embodied practices (energy psychology, working with parts / IFS, dreamwork and shadow work). I combine various trainings in order to tailor the therapy to you as an individual.

I have a particular interest in working with people struggling with anxiety, co-dependent relationships and difficulties in manifesting their authentic selves.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I completed my training in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).

I have completed further trainings in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma-informed modalities.

I'm a senior accredited member of NCPS. I also hold a clinical membership with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists), which is the leading professional body for accreditation and regulation of psychotherapists in the UK. I hold liability insurance and work within the UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
