About me
I’m a fully qualified Counsellor based in Lichfield. I offer face-to-face, telephone, and online counselling to help adults navigate life’s challenges.
My integrative training allows me to draw from different therapeutic approaches, so I can tailor each session to suit your individual needs.
In a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space, we’ll work together at your pace to help you feel more in control, more confident, and more at peace.
I have supported people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship challenges
- Domestic abuse
- Sexual abuse
- Trauma
- Self-harm
Counselling is a collaborative process. I will work alongside you to help you explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and build the tools to create meaningful change. Every session is confidential, respectful, and free from judgement, so you can feel safe expressing yourself.
If you’re ready to start, or would like to know more, please get in touch. I offer a no-pressure, informal chat so you can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide if I’m the right fit for you.
