About me

Welcome my name is Amanda, I am a qualified integrative counsellor based in Herne Bay Kent, offering face-to-face, telephone and online counselling for adults and teenagers.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe that real change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. I tailor our work to meet your individual needs by focusing on a humanistic approach.

People come to counselling for many reasons: anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn’t right. Whatever you're facing, I offer a safe, calm and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
I work with clients both short-term and long-term, depending on what you need. My aim is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

I am NCPS accredited and work within their ethical framework.
