I am mum to a brilliant neurodivergent teenager and a sweet Cavapoo dog. I am lucky to live in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside and when not working I can be found walking the Cotswold way.
I have extensive experience gained from working across a variety of organisations as a therapist/ counsellor including: University counselling, NHS IAPT Therapy, Drugs & Alcohol, Homelessness, HIV, Domestic Abuse, and as a Training Manager within a large Counselling charity.
The therapeutic support I offer is as unique as you, I am skilled at weaving different models together to ensure a fully flexible and collaborative approach.
Whether this is your first time to therapy or tenth, I can help you to develop a different way of responding to your difficult thoughts, memories, images, and the history you've had up to now.
You don’t have to wait for your distress to disappear to start living fully, with the right support, you can learn to navigate challenges with confidence and begin to take the steps towards a meaningful life.
If this resonates with you please reach out for an initial chat and then we can take that first step together.
