About me
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it all by yourself.
I work with adults who are trying to make sense of life after trauma, navigate the world as neurodivergent individuals, or manage challenges like anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. You might feel like you’re always masking, repeating old patterns, or just not living the life you hoped for. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—gently, at your pace—and begin to uncover what needs to be heard, healed, and reclaimed.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep listening. I offer a space where you can feel safe to be real, explore what’s been holding you back, and build the resilience to move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Whether you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or simply unsure where to start, I’ll meet you where you are. My role is to support you in making sense of your story—and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or hidden.
