About me
FREE Consultation
I am here to offer a space where you can feel heard and understood, while also being gently encouraged to reflect, question, and grow. My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity—I aim not only to listen, but to thoughtfully challenge perspectives when it feels helpful and supportive to do so.
In my work, I place a strong focus on supporting individuals who may be struggling with low self-confidence, feelings of anxiety, or navigating significant life transitions. Together, we can take time to explore the deeper patterns that often sit beneath the surface—recurring ways of thinking, emotional responses, and behavioural habits that may be contributing to a sense of feeling stuck or unable to move forward.
By bringing awareness to these patterns in a safe and non-judgmental environment, we can begin to understand how they developed and how they continue to shape your experiences. From there, we can work collaboratively toward building greater self-awareness, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction that feels more aligned with who you are and where you want to be.
Areas I treat - Anxiety, Burnout, Anger (frustration, intolerance), life transitions, understanding your depths, to know what you are made of. To understand what’s driving certain behaviours. Empathy deficits. Workaholism. Over flexibility.
This is your space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply and connect with who you truly are.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
