About me
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Unresolved emotional problems can cause distress which can impact all aspects of our everyday lives, leaving us to feel anxious, depressed and dissatisfied. Reaching out to work with a therapist you can trust can support a working through of your experiences to build understanding.
I have twenty five+ years experience working in the NHS as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with adults experiencing the full range of mental health difficulties. Additionally I am a Senior Trainee in Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy with the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy (WMIP). My training equips me to work with you in a comprehensive way to explore whatever is calling out to for your attention and guiding you to reach out for help.
Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy provides a way to connect current thoughts and feelings to past experiences by listening out to the back story that the unconscious is calling out to be attended to. This soulful work is a journey that can be transformative and lead to a more coherent sense of yourself.
My Psychology practice is solely face to face in Leamington Spa.
To support working at depth, I work at frequency of either once, twice or potentially three times a week. This is on an open-ended basis to suit your needs and personal circumstances. The minimum frequency I work is once weekly.
