About me
It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Unresolved emotional problems can impact all aspects of our life and can occur at any time and cause issues in everyday life. Reaching out and not being alone through building a relationship with a therapist you can trust can be very powerful and transformative.
Analytic psychotherapy is a way of connecting our current thoughts and feelings to our previous life experiences, events and traumas. It can support understanding of the issues that are holding us back.

I have twenty five+ years experience working as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in the NHS with adults experiencing the full range of mental health difficulties. I am also a Senior Trainee in Jungian Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy (WMIP).

British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

I can offer to meet with you twice a week at a significantly reduced appointment fee to support the longer term commitment that Analytic Psychotherapy requires.
Further information
I offer a daytime or evening 50 minute appointment. My Jungian Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy practice is solely face to face and I work in Knowle and Leamington Spa.
