About me
I offer pluralistic counselling for adults in a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits all, and I work collaboratively with each person to find an approach that feels right for them and their individual needs. My decision to become a counsellor came from my own experiences of counselling, both positive and negative. This has given me a deep understanding of how important it is to feel truly listened to, respected and safe within the therapeutic relationship. It has all shaped the way I work- with kindness, care and a down-to-earth, relatable approach. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I currently offer online sessions, providing flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own space, and face-to-face in Cambridge. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore what's going on for you at your own pace, without judgement, and with someone alongside you who genuinely cares.
