About me
As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist I provide a London clinic and international support for those struggling with their mental health. I have extensive experience in working with individuals across the life span and with a wide range of different mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma etc. More specifically I offer support for reproductive mental health.
Reproductive Mental Health
I specialise in supporting women navigating the emotional, psychological, and relational challenges associated with reproductive health. My practice offers a calm, confidential space for women experiencing fertility difficulties, pregnancy loss, gynaecological conditions, hormonal changes, and the complex feelings that can accompany reproductive or pelvic surgery.
I work with women at all stages of their reproductive journey—including those preparing for, recovering from, or adapting to life after surgeries such as hysterectomy, myomectomy, endometriosis excision, ovarian surgery, and procedures related to fertility treatment. Whether you are facing anxiety, grief, identity concerns, trauma, body-image worries, or disruptions to intimacy and relationships, therapy can provide the space to process and rebuild.
My Approach
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw on approaches such as:
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) for self-criticism, shame, and adjustment
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, health-related worry, and mood difficulties
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for navigating uncertainty and change
- Trauma-informed therapy for medical trauma, invasive procedures, and difficult reproductive histories.
- I work sensitively in a private and sensitive environment with clients who have experienced repeated medical interventions, long decision-making pathways, or complex emotions around reproductive identity. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered during what can be a deeply personal and often isolating process.

What to Expect
Clients often seek therapy with me when they feel overwhelmed, unheard in medical settings, disconnected from their body, or uncertain about the future.

Appointments are available in person in central London or online for women across the UK.
