About me
I specialise in supporting women experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy and baby loss, IVF journeys, NICU experiences, birth trauma and the emotional transitions of postpartum life, both in person in Edinburgh and nationwide online in the UK. I also work with women living with chronic health conditions, particularly those who have come to feel disconnected from their bodies.
You may look like you’re coping on the outside, the one who keeps going, holds everything together, and is relied on by others. Meanwhile, you may be quietly carrying fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, postnatal identity shifts, or the emotional impact of medical experiences and chronic health conditions.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to slow down and make sense of what is happening internally. Together, we can gently explore the patterns and emotional responses that have developed for good reason, and how they may still be affecting you today.
We will also pay attention to how these experiences are being held in both your mind and body, and begin to build a more compassionate and supportive relationship with yourself. My approach is relational, trauma-informed and influenced by Transactional Analysis, attachment theory and nervous system awareness.
Therapy has been personally meaningful in my own life, and I understand the courage it takes to begin. If you feel drawn to work together, I offer an introductory call to explore what’s bringing you here and whether it feels like a good fit.
From July 2026, I will be offering a limited number of focused, depth-oriented group therapy programmes for women navigating chronic illness. These online in the UK 6-week programmes are offered at £300 per block.
I will also be facilitating a small 12-week online in the UK therapeutic fertility group, intentionally kept intimate to support safety and connection. The programme is £600 for the full 12 weeks (£50 per 90-minute session).
If either offering resonates with you, you’re very welcome to join the waitlist.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
