About us

We have a team of over 100 therapists offering low cost online counselling at £25 for a 50 minute appointment. We have therapists who can work with a number of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, low self confidence, trauma, stress, low self esteem, infertility, ADHD and other neurodiversities.

All our therapists are members of a professional ethical body and come from a diverse range of backgrounds. We welcome clients from minority groups and are LQBTGI+ affirming.

We offer appointments  from 8am-8pm weekdays and 8am-4pm on Saturdays. All sessions are held online using either Google Meet or Zoom.

We ask that you book an intial 30 minute introduction call and invite you to share a little of what has brought you to counselling and what is is you would like to change. During this call you can express any preferences you have regarding the age, gender, culture, sexuality or neurodiversity of your counsellor.  We ask that you pay a £15 donation towards the cost of this.

Training, qualifications & experience

Counselllors are members of either  BACP, NCPS, UKCP.  Our therapists are either fully qualified, completing their post qualified doctoral training, working towards accreditation or nearing the end of their training and building clinical hours.
