About me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, past trauma, or finding yourself repeating the same unhelpful patterns despite wanting things to change. Perhaps you're feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, or unsure about the direction your life is taking.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

As a qualified, BACP-registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and challenges at your own pace. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what has shaped you, and what might be preventing you from living the fulfilled and meaningful life you want.

Having lived abroad myself, I understand the challenges that can come with starting over in a new country, building a support network, adapting to a different culture, and creating a sense of belonging. I welcome clients who may be navigating life transitions, identity questions, integration, or finding their place in the world.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that mental and physical wellbeing are closely connected, so I take a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of your life rather than focusing solely on symptoms. My experience working within a trauma-informed service has given me valuable insight into the lasting impact trauma can have on people's lives, and I bring this understanding into my work by offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their experiences. Alongside therapeutic exploration, I am also completing a Master's in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which allows me to incorporate practical tools and strategies when appropriate. Whether your goal is gaining insight, managing anxiety, changing unhelpful thinking patterns, improving relationships, or building confidence, we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change. I offer sessions in both Hungarian and English.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, travelling, photography, going to the gym, and spending time with my cats. I believe these interests help me stay curious, grounded, and connected to the things that make life meaningful. They also remind me that we are all human first, and that therapy is ultimately about helping people create lives that feel richer, more authentic, and more fulfilling.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation, providing an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what you are looking for, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together. I currently offer online sessions only. Many clients find online therapy convenient, as it allows them to access support from a familiar environment without the need to travel.

Training, qualifications & experience

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked as a Support Worker within a trauma-informed service, supporting individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and complex life circumstances. This experience deepened my understanding of the day-to-day impact of emotional distress and reinforced the importance of providing compassionate, person-centred support. Having both personal and professional experience of navigating change, adversity and new beginnings, I understand how challenging it can be when life feels overwhelming, uncertain or disconnected from the person you want to be.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
