About me

My approach is tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence based techniques with a genuine empathetic connection. As we step into a new year, maybe you feel ready to take that first step toward a brighter, more balanced future. If so reach out today and together we can create positive change and find the clarity you are seeking.

A Safe Place to Heal and Grow
My goal is to offer you a nurturing space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In a warm, accepting environment, we’ll explore the challenges and thoughts that may feel too overwhelming to face alone.

This journey isn’t just about healing—it’s about growth, repair, and uncovering the deep well of inner strength and resilience you already possess.

Let’s take this journey together, creating space for the life you deserve.

About me.

I work as an Integrative counsellor/ therapist (Person centred based) convieniently situated in the centre of Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. I have experience with adults, children and young people and offer both in-person sessions or remote sessions by Zoom or telephone. I have worked with a range of problems, including, low self-esteem, anxiety, panic, low mood and depression, relationship, and family problems as well as grief, bereavement, abuse, post-natal depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I work with clients with Autism, ADD or those waiting for an assessment. This list is not exhaustive and very often the presenting issue will unearth other hidden areas of disharmony.

How I work.

As an Integrative counsellor, I have knowledge and experience in several therapeutic methods. Each person is unique, and therefore I adapt my work to suit your needs. I will be led by you, empathically listening without judgment, working together to achieve the best outcome, enabling you to realise your next steps with clarity.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy, in person or online, with some evening and weekend availability.

I have a comfortable, private counselling room in a convenient location close to Sutton Coldfield centre. There is plenty of nearby parking or we can work remotely online or by telephone.

Not Sure Where to Start?

It’s okay to feel uncertain. Together, we can explore your options and find the direction that feels right for you. Take that first step today—there’s always a way forward, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
