About me

Most people fill this space with a lot of words. I’ll keep it simple. If something in your life is difficult or isn’t working come and talk to me. We’ll take the time to understand what’s really going on for you.

You may find yourself here because you are feeling stuck, disconnected or caught in patterns that don't change.

I am a Gestalt therapist working in London and online. Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, helping you recognise and understand the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.

I work with adults experiencing:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • low self-esteem
  • relationship difficulties
  • repeating patterns in behaviour or emotions
  • life transitions and loss
  • a sense of disconnection from self or others
  • a desire for deeper self-understanding

I work with people from all backgrounds and cultures, including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.

Let's start with a conversation to see if this feels right for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my training at the Gestalt Centre in London, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt Therapy. My experience working for the NHS and with a central London counselling service has given me the privilege of working with a diverse range of people, supporting them through a variety of mental health challenges.

My practice is supported by regular clinical supervision, which ensures both the quality of care I offer and my ongoing professional development.

As a registered member of the NCPS, I adhere to their code of ethics and professional standards.
