Sheelagh is a qualified psychologist, psychodynamic counsellor and therapist, currently working in private practice. She has over 15 years of experience in providing professional services to the public, private, voluntary and independent sectors, working with business of varying sizes and a diverse range of clients, of all ages.
It is her professional opinion that clients are the experts on themselves. Sheelagh sees her role as; listening to you in a safe, non-judgemental environment, endeavouring to facilitate positive change.

She also experienced in the design, implementation and delivery of specialist health & social care training packages with a solid understanding of both traditional and contemporary approaches. With a strong focus on quality, human elements and achievement perspectives.
