About me

Being trained as an integrative counsellor enables me to work in a way that will suit your needs

My practice is confidential and non judgemental regardless of gender, sexual orientation, nationality, race or religion.

During counselling I will work with you to explore your issues, we look at the situation you are currently facing, establish how you would prefer the situation to be and work together to find a way to reach this goal.

I work in an integrative way which means I use a fusion of different skills to enable a fuller picture to unfold. The sessions work with the persons process rather then fitting the person into a particular theory, everyone has similarities and yet everyone is different.

Whilst we cannot always make things perfect, it is usually possible to improve on a current situation and make any situation more manageable.

I worked as a counsellor at MIND dealing with most mental health issues. I also work with patients from two GP surgery's in Kent. I have a private practice in West Kingsdown Kent. I also work as a life coach and work in Sports "Mind" Therapy. I have CDs on amazon and can be downloaded on I tunes. I specialise in panic attacks, anxiety and depression. Also health and fitness and motivation.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
