I offer general Counselling and Psychotherapy for all types of problems. Initial consultation FREE OF CHARGE. I have over 16 years of experience as a therapist. I initially trained as a humanistic counsellor but since then I have specialised in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Adoption Counselling. I have also had training in CBT. I can offer specialised Counselling/Psychotherapy in several areas which includes addictions, couples, adoption, coaching, young people, eating disorders, bereavement, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
There are many ways an individual may benefit from Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling and Psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential environment for you to explore your feelings and thoughts. Therapy allows you to talk and communicate in an open and honest way to someone who is outside your situation, and can see things with objectivity.
It is in this safe environment that you can begin to explore your problems, find your own direction, and answer your own questions.
In time, Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you make changes you may not have thought possible. It gives you the time and space to explore your process, and understand your patterns of behaviour.
