In addition to her therapeutic work, Jasminder is a Yoga Teacher Trainer and a skilled tutor in Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mindfulness, and Meditation. She integrates these techniques into her practice to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and depression, offering relaxation practices like Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) – Yoga Nidra to support better sleep.

She takes a multicultural approach to therapy, integrating various psychological models, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is an accredited EMDR Europe Practitioner and a Tutor at BAATN (Black, Asian, and African Therapy Network) on the "Introductory Certificate in Counselling Skills: Decolonising Therapeutic Practice."
As a skilled trainer in Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (Breathing Practices), and Yoga Nidra (also known in the scientific community as Non-Sleep Deep Rest or NSDR), Jasminder combines these practices with her therapeutic work to address both mental and physical wellbeing. She is committed to helping clients develop a stronger mind-body connection, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall emotional balance.
