I am a qualified professional counsellor, psychotherapist and a coach. Having experienced my own challenge in life over the years. I offer a non-judgmental compassionate empathy in therapy, that provides you a safe and confidential environment. Where you feel listened, respected to your personal value, belief and culture.
As an Integrative Counselling and Coach. I bring together range of approaches and my lived working experience, to work in an intuitive, empathic way, to suit each individual needs. As I believe everyone, is an individual and each person requires different approaches at different time of their life to where they are in their life during therapy.
At the heart of the therapeutic process, I believe relationship is the key to enhance ones self-esteem and confidence to manage and face the situation, that manifest into anxiety and depression in individuals. To mange these issue, I would work collaboratively with you, to access your internal resources which are your life experience, to enhance the weakness or vulnerable areas of your life and build your strength to manage your issue or problem, which best suit you.

I am also a member of the British Black & Asian Therapy Network (BAATN) that works in partnership to develop culture awareness to enhance & inspire culture work in therapy.
I have been working as counselling, coach, mentor for over 8 years, where I work with vulnerable children and adult to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, pregnancy antenatal and postnatal depression, trauma of IVF fertility treatment, relationship issue, miscarriage, abortion, loss, separation, suicidal and paranoid thought, dyslexia and schizophrenia mental health disorder. I have experience in working within the education setting, with various professional who deal with children with autistic disorder, global learning difficulties and depression and come from various cultural backgrounds. These lived working experience I bring to my therapeutic approach to tailor individual. Because I believe we are all unique individual and we all have our own unique characterise to how we manage life's challenges.

I specialise in multicultural marital and relationship issue that create, anxiety, depression, suicidal and culture that create paranoid thought, hearing voices and dyslexia a learning difficulties.
As well as Pregnancy related issue, Fertility, IVF treatment, eptopic pregnancy, childbirth difficulties, trauma, sexual issue, antenatal and postnatal depression, miscarriage, still birth, abortion and termination due to health or pregnancy issue.

The session will be 50 minutes and will take place weekly at the time and day agreed. I offer short term and long term therapy, the first initial session will establish our therapeutic relationship, to see if we are a ‘good fit’ to work together. The length of the therapeutic process will depend on you and your ability to attend the sessions.
I have two private practice location where I provide one to one, face to face therapy. I also offer telephone counselling and skype online therapy. The fees are variable between £70 to £50 according to the location and type of therapy provided. I offer concessions and student discounts.

HA1 -- Fees £45
15minutes walking distance from nearest underground and overground station: Harrow-on-Hill and Harrow & Wealdston. There is free parking outside.
