Offering a dynamic approach to emergency counselling on 01603 440078 we specialise in working with people at a time of crisis across Norfolk & Suffolk; for example you may be experiencing anxiety and depression to such a degree that emotionally you feel acutely upset, overwhelmed and under pressure. You may lose the ability to think straight, make decisions and be confused by the fact that you feel helpless and temporarily unable to cope.

It’s at times like these, when you just don’t know where to turn, that crisis resolution provides the immediate ‘emotional first-aid’ you’re looking for; helping you understand your current situation and develop ways to manage and feel more in control of your life.

For longer term wellbeing we also offer counselling and psychotherapy.
Our team is made up of experienced skilled practitioners delivering a range of responsive therapeutic services.
All our therapists are members of BACP and receive ongoing training.

    We specialise in providing immediate 'emotional first-aid'. We aim to make contact you with you the same day that you call and see you within 48 hours.

    Fees

    Crisis Therapy:
    Initial one and a half hour assessment (carried out by two trained therapists) from £75.00.
    Further sessions from £50.00/hour.

    Counselling/Psychotherapy:
    For individual from £50.00/hour
    For couples from £75.00/hour

    Reduced fee places may be available.
