I'm Scott Fitzgerald, a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), based in Wimborne, Dorset. I work with clients face-to-face and online, using an integrative, evidence-based approach — including CBT techniques — to help you build coping strategies and lasting emotional resilience.
