About me

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to shift, you're not alone.

You might be experiencing constant overthinking, low mood, difficulties in relationships or within your relationship, including couples dynamics, or a sense of losing connection with yourself. Many of the people I work with feel as though they are holding everything together on the outside, while inside things feel heavy, busy, or hard to manage.

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing we'll ever do." - Brene Brown

This reflects something I've come to deeply understand through my own journey of grief, trauma, and complex relationships, and it's what led me into this work. It also shapes how I sit alongside individuals and couples in therapy today - with compassion, patience, and without pressure to be "fixed".

I specialise in supporting anxiety, low self-worth, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, including attachment patterns and couples work, alongside the lasting impact of past experiences. I also work with young people navigating emotional and life challenges. Together, we can gently explore what's happening beneath the surface, so you can begin to feel more grounded, more understood, and more like yourself again.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore things at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, and I tailor our work to suit you. Alongside traditional counselling, I can integrate approaches such as hypnotherapy, EFT, and IEMT where helpful, always guided by your needs and preferences.

Alongside my private practice, I also support young people through my work with the NHS Youth Counselling Service.

If you're thinking about starting therapy, you're very welcome to book a free 15-minute call. It's a chance for us to connect, talk through what's going on for you, and see if we feel like the right fit.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Inner Child Healing

I specialise in working with the inner child; a compassionate approach that helps you reconnect with the vulnerable, often wounded parts of yourself.
