About me

Life can feel heavy sometimes. You might be living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or simply feeling stuck, exhausted, or overwhelmed by emotions that are hard to manage. Perhaps you’ve been putting on a brave face while inside you’re struggling to cope, or finding it difficult to concentrate and stay motivated. My clients often tell me they just want to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their lives again.

I’m an integrative counsellor and therapist, offering a warm, person-centred space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you — whether that’s managing anxiety, lifting low mood, navigating ADHD-related challenges, or coping with the emotional changes that can arise during perimenopause and menopause.

Alongside traditional counselling, I offer holistic therapies such as hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Reiki, which can support emotional healing, ease anxiety, and help restore balance. Many people find this integrated approach helps them reconnect with themselves, improve focus, and move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do this alone. I offer a relaxed, compassionate environment where you can explore what’s holding you back and work towards meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or simply curious about how I can help, I’d be glad to hear from you.
