About me
Life can feel heavy sometimes. You might be carrying anxiety, low self-esteem, overwhelm, or a sense of being stuck that you just can’t seem to shake. Maybe you’ve been putting on a brave face while inside you’re feeling exhausted, lost, or weighed down by emotions you don’t fully understand. My clients often tell me they just want to feel like themselves again — calmer, clearer, and more in control of their lives.
I’m an integrative counsellor, working in a warm, person-centred way that focuses on what matters most to you. Alongside traditional counselling, I also offer holistic approaches like hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Reiki, which can gently support emotional healing, ease anxiety, and help you reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll work at your pace towards the changes you want to see.
Reaching out for help can feel like a big step — but you don’t have to face this alone. I offer a relaxed, supportive space where you can talk openly, be yourself, and feel truly listened to. If you’re ready to take that first step or just curious about how I can help, I’d love to hear from you.
