About me
I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with a clinical foundation in psychotherapy. My practice is grounded in integrative, compassionate, and body-oriented approaches. I facilitate therapeutic and support groups and individual sessions both online and in person.
Fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Russian, I work with clients affected by war, displacement, immigrants with chronic stress, and life transitions. I also provide psychological support to volunteers and professionals engaged in humanitarian work.
I am actively involved in perinatal mental health education, creating and leading projects aimed at supporting women during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work in this field includes facilitating therapeutic spaces and delivering psychoeducational content for professionals and mothers, with a strong focus on trauma prevention and recovery.
A unique element of my work is the transformational psychological game "Lada" and metaphorical cards as well as art-therapy tools which support deep internal shifts in the following areas:
- Relationship dynamics
- Psychogenic couple infertility
- Fear and anxiety in childbirth
- Identity transitions in motherhood
- Project embodiment and internal change
- Improving relationship dynamics
- Life quality transformation and personal growth
- Burnout and psychosomatic symptoms related to anxiety and stress
As a mother of six (three sons and three daughters), I bring not only professional knowledge but also deep personal experience to perinatal, postpartum and mothers psychological care. I support clients through all stages of motherhood - from problems with conception, childbirth fears, couple dynamics to a balanced career after maternity leave.
My approach is rooted in compassionate inquiry and existential-humanistic values, offering clients a safe space to reconnect with their inner resources and navigate healing.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
